The 13 th Annual Children's Festival at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands is a giant playground and educational wonderland for kids where learning is not only fun, but also exhilarating, awe-inspiring and eye-opening. The focus of Children's Festival is on the performing and visual arts for children, which includes live performances by award-winning entertainers, local children's groups, hands-on activities, arts, crafts, and much, much more. This spectacular festival takes place Saturday, Nov. 10, from 10 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 11, from Noon – 5 p.m. Meet Page Parkes team members at the Woodlands on Saturday, Nov. 10 and Sunday, Nov. 11. Children ages 4 and over can be registered for a free evaluation and an appointment at the Tippe Toes Salon.
